Wait a few minutes to see if the computer unfreezes. If not, press the CTL, ALT, and DEL keys simultaneously to restart the computer. If this doesn't resolve the issue, please report it to the IT Help Desk on the lower level of the library. Be sure to note the computer's ID number, which is on the white label on the computer box -- IT will need this number.
