If you're unable to log into our databases from off-campus, please go through this troubleshooting list to help determine the reason why.

  • Are you a currently enrolled Elmira College student, instructor, or staff member? 
  • Are you using the correct username and/or password?
  • Are you accessing the database through the library's website?
