The library's printers are set to automatically print double-sided copies. Follow the directions below to change this to single-sided printing.
Firefox Browser
Menu (3 stacked lines, in upper right corner) → "Print" icon → "Print" button in toolbar → "Properties" button → "Basic" tab → In the "Layout Options" section, change "Type" to "Single Page Per Side."
Google Chrome Browser
Controls (3 stacked dots, in upper right corner) → Print → Options → Uncheck box next to "Two-sided"
Internet Explorer Browser
Tools icon (gear in upper right corner) → Print → Print (again) → "Preferences" button → "Basic" tab → In the "Layout Options", change "Type" to "Single Page Per Side."
Adobe Reader Program (PDF Files)
Print button in Adobe toolbar → In "Print" window, click on "Properties" button → "Basic" tab → In the "Layout Options" section, change "Type" to "Single Page Per Side."
Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Power Point, etc.)
File → Print → In "Print" window, click on "Print on both Sides" button → Select "Print One Sided"
Changing Printer properties option
In the "Print" window, look for the "Printer Properties" link under "Print" and change the option in "Settings" to single-sided print.
